Assessment Manager (Also known as WINCASS III and WINCASS-RC) is a field environmental audit tool designed for use on both Windows based PC's and laptops. This program was custom designed based on the specifications of both environmental audit consultants and various agencies of the Department of Defense (DoD). The program automates the field auditors data collection for audit site-finding activities and generates a facility specific/ finding specific database that can both generate reports of findings and allow migration of the entire audit database to a web based environmental management program (Web Hosted Assessment Manager). Assessment Manager streamlines the audit collection process and assists the auditor in identifying non-compliance findings based both on state and federal regulations. Assessment Manager's regulatory database is updated on either a quarterly or semi-annual basis depending on end-user needs. Although the links listed to the left appear to be fixed screens, the program is actually able to be customized to individual end-user needs. As a result, the screen shots presented are for general understanding purposes only.
