When creating a new database, the auditor selects various tabs to establish the audit location, the Regulatory guides to be used, Summary findings, Detailed findings, Root Causes, Corrective Actions, and Pollution Prevention Options. Each of these additional tabs are presented in the links listed above. Shaded items are carried over from the original database setup information provided by the audit team members. Each team will have a unique Team Designation, and as they record additional audit locations the Reference number automatically changes.
