In 1999, Plateau Software also began development of a custom environmental management solution for various agencies affiliated with the Department of Defense (DOD).  This program, initially called Assessment Manager and Web Hosted Assessment Manager (also known as WINCASS III and WEBCASS I for the Army National Guard and WINCASS-RC and WEBCASS-RC for the Army Reserves, and Assessment Manager and Web Hosted Assessment Manager for NOAA) has now become the recognized standard for environmental compliance management among DOD and other Federal agencies.  Current users or agencies evaluating the program include the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Agency, the Army National Guard, the Army Reserves, the US Coast Guard, the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the US Postal Service,  the Corp of Engineers, the Department of Energy, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Agriculture, and various private corporations and environmental compliance engineering firms.

Data Call Management System (DCMS)

DCMS is a new program offering from Plateau Software.  DCMS is a web-based questionnaire program that is managed by the end-user.  Users can create, modify and deploy an unlimited number of questionnaires to an unlimited number of responders.  Data compiled can then be reported through an unlimited number of sort and filtering configurations. 

The U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Army National Guard are currently using versions of this program.  The Coast Guard is using the program to identify emergency responders and their capabilities (nationwide), while the National Guard is using the program for environmental audits and pre-site-visit data compilation.

Private sector clients currently evaluating the program include accounting, research, and professional services groups.
