Product Line Overview Plateau Software provides several unique product lines that have been designed to meet the needs of specific business and government end-users.
Assessment Manager Product Line and Web Hosted Assessment Manager (WHAM) The Assessment Manager and WHAM programs (also known as WINCASS III / WEBCASS-RC and WEBCASS I / WEBCASS-RC) are environmental management programs designed for compliance management for both government and larger manufacturing entities. Assessment Manager/WINCASS III is the field collection program, used by compliance auditors. WHAM / WEBCASS is the web based management program that uploads and tracks data collected by Assessment Manager / WINCASS, as well as the progress made to rectify identified problems. Both programs are typically custom modified to meet the unique needs of the individual agency or manufacturing entity. The Assessment Manager/WHAM product lines were first introduced in 1999. Current customers include various agencies of the Department of Defense, the Center for Disease Control (CDC), NOAA, and various environmental contractors working for Federal and State agencies. Data Call Management System (DCMS) DCMS is a unique user-managed web-based questionnaire program that can be applied to virtually any organization interested in polling or researching select groups. Clients using DCMS can create an unlimited number of questions and questionnaires targeted to an unlimited number of target individuals. Users can create in-house inquiries for HR, internal audit support, internal asset management, etc., or external questionnaires for marketing/sales research, general research, client satisfaction, etc. Potential uses are only limited by the client's imagination. Unlike other questionnaire systems, the user can actually own and build their own questionnaires, or have the program hosted by Plateau Software. The program also supports "parent-child" questions, meaning that if a client answers a question one way, they are led to a sub-set or related questions. If they answer another way, they are taken to a different set of questions. Data complied by DCMS can then be reported in an unlimited number of report formats, using filters and sort features. Current users of this recently released program include the U.S. Coast Guard and the Army National Guard. It is also being evaluated by a number of private sector businesses. The Scout product lines are enterprise-based search/find programs. The end user first selects specific directories/repositories of information that they want added to the knowledgebase. Once this is done, individuals can locate any document/record instantaneously, simply by typing in words likely contained in the desired document. Unlike other search tools that are limited to Key Words, Scout reads and indexes all words contained in documents, spreadsheets, etc.. Scout is also fully automatic, requiring no participation of individuals to add information to the knowledge base. The Scout products are similar in their look and feel, but are customized to the needs of end-users in the defined market segments. The Scout product line was first introduced in 2000.
